I had to restart the integrator and now the device ID is zero. What should I do?

A. Try to restart each component of the integrator system.

1. Exit the integrator program.

2. Unplug the Silver Lawson Box.

3. Restart the integrator computer.

4. Try to use a different USB port on computer.

Usually rebooting the Lawson and the integrator software will fix the problem.
