W.I.S.E. connection error popup

A: This error message pops up when the Rig2Web client sink cannot connect to the WISE server computer. Verify there is a working network connection by pinging the WISE computer from the Geodraft computer. (For instruction, look at question "How do I check the network connection between the WISE and Geodraft computer? ") If the network connection is working but the error still pops up, there may be a conflict with the aircard. Exit the Rig2Web Client Sink and Air Card software. Physically remove the AirCard from the computer. Start up the Rig2Web Client Sink software. Reconnect the Air Card and connect to the internet. Click start on the live and historical tab.
